Churchdown

This former doctors' surgery had reached the end of its working life as a medical building, but its size and setting made it ideal for something new. We took on the full conversion, reimagining the property as five self-contained apartments aimed squarely at the rental market.

The interior was stripped back and reworked from the ground up. Each apartment was planned around a bright, open-plan living space with a modern fitted kitchen and a quality bathroom, while the building's services were brought fully up to date behind the scenes.

Outside, the grounds were reorganised to provide dedicated parking and shared outdoor space for residents. The result is a smart, low-maintenance building that works hard for its owner and feels a world away from the tired surgery it started as.
